**POSITION TITLE: Hand Assembly/Helper**

**Ottawa - Hunt Club**

**Summary of Responsibilities**:
Hand Finishing Personnel assists bindery machine operators with set up and run of items to be finished. Additionally, Hand Finishing Personnel complete hand work, packaging and delivery of product to next department or shipping.

**Experience**:

- Completion of secondary education and/or equivalent
- Bindery experience using similar bindery equipment in a commercial print environment is an asset

**Abilities**:

- Must be customer service oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Capable of standing for long durations
- Attention to detail and quality consciousness are essential
- Ability to read and understand instructions, follow procedures, and work with mínimal supervision
- Strong manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination
- High motivation

**Working Conditions**:

- Fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Repetitive hand work
- Noisy, open floor production environment
- Overtime as required
- Personal protective equipment mandated
