**Job Description**:
TTi is currently seeking an analytical and experienced individual fill the role of Demand Planner within the Consumer Division. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Demand and Sales teams in managing day-to-day customer order activity and executing supply chain initiatives.

You will interact regularly with the customer, Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Transportation, and our Distribution Centre, while helping to align processes and determine best practices within the teams.

What You Will Do
- The Demand Planner assists the Demand and Sales teams by monitoring inventory levels and fill rates, as well as ensuring order accuracy and on-time fulfillment
- Manage a customer portfolio of sales orders from original entry through shipment
- Working closely with The Home Depot’s IPR team, you will mitigate stockouts, risk to customer satisfaction, and financial impacts
- Develop consistent communication and processes with THD’s IPR team to ensure inventory is ordered on-time and in the agreed-upon quantities
- Proactively identify sales trends by highlighting models selling above or below forecast, and recommending corrective actions
- Work to continuously improve existing processes and create new processes
- Provide analysis and reports as required in support of KPI and S&OP improvements

What You Bring
- Driven by results and continuous improvement with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to take the initiative to solve a challenge with solid analytical and problem-solving skills using a project management methodology mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, while maintaining effective communication and managing competing priorities

What You Have Done
- Minimum 2 years of demand planning or related supply chain experience, or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Finance, Engineering, or another relevant field
- Experience with ERP and demand planning systems (Logility, SAP, Demand Solutions, etc.)
- Track record of cross-functional interaction
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability manipulate and synthesize data efficiently in Excel
