**Position Summary**:
Reporting directly to the country manager, this position is responsible for activities including Sales Forecast Management through CPFR process, Account level Inventory Planning Activities, Order Fulfillment, and PSI Process Innovation for the products of TCL Electronics Canada Inc. This role requires advanced ability to work cross functionally with the sales, marketing, logistics and retail partner teams. Reporting both verbally and written to senior leadership team of the organization is required.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct weekly/bi-weekly CPFR calls with major retailers and improve the CPFR activities within the division
- Analyze sales forecast at account level from sales team to compile consolidated category forecast and generate a weekly rolling sell-in plan by major account for owned product categories
- Develop, monitor, analyze and manage key indicators such as forecast accuracy, in-stock rates, procurement lead time, aging stock and inventory turnover
- Plan and execute inventory strategies to optimize sales and in-stock rates by customers for owned product categories
- Conduct weekly PSI meetings with the sales, marketing, supply chain and logistics teams
- Monthly and weekly demand planning reporting in support of leadership and internal stakeholders
- Drive the development and continuous improvement in areas such as sell-out/in FCST consensus process, PSI process, inventory allocation/shipping, WOS management tools
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related supply chain management field
- Minimum 6 plus years’ experience in supply chain management (preferably CE, HA or IT industry)
- SCM or procurement-related certification is a definite asset (i.e. CPIM, CSCP, Etc.)
- Forecasting and inventory allocation experience
- High proficiency in SAP, Excel, data analytic tools usage
- The ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple and simultaneous demand planning related projects and programs in a changing corporate environment.
- Experience of working in and collaborating effectively in multi-site, virtual and cross-cultural contexts
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
