Inno Foods Group is a Global Food Production Facility in the high-end luxury snack industry. We are currently expanding our business. To catch up with our expansion, we need an Assistant Controller reporting to CFO to supervise accounting staff. We are looking for a tech-savvy, leader, who can bring experience to identify gaps, implement new processes and build a strong team. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as the ability to communicate clearly. Minimum 3 to 5 years experience with the public accounting firm/industry especially in audit, financial reporting, and solving various accounting issues.

**As the Assistant Controller, your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Prepare financial statements and analysis
- Assist the external auditor
- Supervise AR, AP, and Senior Accountant
- Participate in invoicing, revenue processing - revenue review
- Oversee accounting processes and systems
- Compile and distribute monthly reporting package.
- Excise tax returns and compliance
- Coordinate preparation of annual budgets
- Develop business processes and accounting policies to improve efficiency and maintain internal controls
- Develop accurate budgets, drive accountability, and provide integrated ways to improve cost across the entire organization
- Communicate development goals, constructive feedback, and future opportunities clearly and completely in conversations with all team members
- Oversee and monitor sister-companies’ transactions
- Potential to involve in personal tax return as a reviewer
- Assist in setting priorities for the department
- Lead the team, giving direction, career planning, evaluations, succession, hiring

**Your qualifications and skills**:

- Complete understanding and experience with the full accounting cycle
- 3-5 years of accounting experience in a public accounting firm and/or industry including exposure to financial statement preparation and disclosure
- Minimum 3 years of audit experience
- CPA designation (more than 1 year) is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, QB online
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks; able to adapt quickly to changing needs, responsibilities, and tasks

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
