Looking for an energetic person 18+ with Line Cooking, and prep experience, with any line setting/opening experience an asset,.to work part time days and nights.

Position Requirements:
Opening Cook/ Line Setter

Looking for an energetic person with line cooking experience to work the day and night business of a fast paced, exciting sports bar and pub.

Position Requirements:
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with people of different ages and skill sets

Skill set: Line setting and opening experience an asset and experience preferred and rate of pay will be based on experience

15-25 hour work week, mornings, starting between 8:00 am and 12:00
Must be able to work as late as 9 pm

Must be able to comfortably lift 50 pounds (25kg)

Tip Pool (every 2 weeks), Discounted Meals

License/ Requirements:

**Salary**: $11.95 to $14.00 /hour

**Experience**:
culinary: 1 year

Food Handler (preferred)

**Language**:
English (required)

Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Night Time requirements

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with people of different ages and skill sets

Skill set: Line Cooking Experience preferred and rate of pay will be based on experience

Work hours, starting between 4:30 and 6:30 pm
Must be able to work as late as 3 am (must have own means of transportation)
