We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of various dishes in our kitchen. If you have a passion for food, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in the food industry, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.30-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
