Join our team as a Security Analyst within our protected Managed Security Operations (MSO) team. As part of a diverse and dynamic environment, you will be responsible for responding to security alerts and notifications in a 24x7x365 operations setup, ensuring our clients' security needs are met promptly and effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor, interpret, and respond to security alerts and notifications for Bell managed customers.
- Work in rotating shifts to provide continuous coverage for operations.
- Assess and implement mitigation steps for incidents, communicating effectively with customers and management.
- Manage various security devices including VPNs, firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, identity and access programs, data loss prevention systems, and anti-virus/spam systems.
- Configure and maintain security devices, offering recommendations for security best practices to clients as needed.
- Adhere to strict security and authentication protocols when handling client requests.

**Requirements**:

- Certification in **Cisco Firewall (ASA, ISE), PaloAlto Panorama Firewall (PSCNE), and Fortinet Firewall (NSE5, NSE6, NSE7).**:

- University or College program completion in Computer Network Systems with at least 5 years of equivalent industry experience in information systems.
- Proficiency in security operational policies, procedures, and techniques.
- Strong background in firewalls and an understanding of mitigation safeguards at various system levels.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting experience in security solutions encompassing authentication, authorization, encryption, and audit capabilities.
- Ability to autonomously follow instructions and lead less experienced analysts through solutions.

**Desired Assets**:

- Experience with security management consoles such as **Zscaler, FireEye, PaloAlto Panorama, Checkpoint, Juniper, Cisco, Tufin, Fortinet, McAfee, Radware, Arcsight, **etc.
- Knowledge of change management principles.
- Network certifications related to major firewall technologies are highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of risk assessment methods in vulnerability management.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks like PCI, ISO 27001, ITIL, etc.
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
