**About the role**:
**DNV Business Assurance Group** is seeking a **Client Service Specialist**who will support clients in achieving their certification goals. The Client Service Specialist will be responsible for oversight of all aspects of the project after contract signature, including scheduling and audit delivery, certificate issuance and invoicing.

As the primary point of contact, the Client Service Specialist will ensure all client requests are responded to quickly and concisely. The Client Service Specialist will ensure audits are scheduled within the appropriate timeframes and certificates are issued on-time. The Client Service Specialist will work in accordance with DNV overall goals and policies and will actively promote, support and facilitate the fulfilment of DNV's Purpose, Vision, and Values, and shall foster a culture of cooperation across North America and with other DNV units.

**This role will be based in our DNV office in Guelph, or Toronto, ON, Canada.**

**What You'll Do**
- Oversight of client projects from contract signature to accounts receivable
- Responsible for providing a high level of customer service
- Oversee Internal coordination and project outcome; effectively and efficiently processes internal and external request associated with the client
- Communicates directly with the client and works to find solutions for the client
- Ensure quality of data and timelines meet requirements in accordance with scheme and DNV s ICP and internal KPI s
- Coordinate planning efforts between the auditor and client, ensuring audit timing windows are maintained
- Review audit data and update multi system database to account for the changes impacting the clients certifications
- Consistently meet key metrics - KPI s related to scheduling and planning, response time internally and externally, and Reports
- Interacts with other departments including Sales, Technical, and auditors to ensure a superior customer experience
- Ensure on-time certificate delivery
- Supports with invoicing and collections process as required

**About you**:
**What's Required**
- Experience: Minimum 5 years customer service with at least 1 year relating to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001, AS91xx
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- We conduct pre-employment background screening

- Good interpersonal, communication and internal and external stakeholder management skills with ability to drive and achieve results in an independent manner through functions, geographies and stakeholders
