**About Us**
Barrie Prime Property Management is a locally owned and operated company specializing in short
- and long-term rentals across Barrie and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on delivering responsive, reliable, and professional service to both tenants and property owners.

We’re currently seeking a **Part-Time Property Manager** to help manage our growing portfolio. This is a flexible role, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of admin work, field tasks, and relationship management. Weekly hours will range between **10-20 hours**, depending on property needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Tenant Management**
- Respond to tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and complaints.
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections.
- Manage lease signings, renewals, and terminations.

**Property Maintenance Oversight**
- Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance and repairs.
- Work with contractors, service providers, and cleaners.
- Ensure all units are safe, clean, and rent-ready.

**Rent Collection & Financial Tracking**
- Collect rent and issue reminders for late payments.
- Support in preparing financial reports and tracking expenses.

**Leasing & Marketing**
- Advertise available units (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji).
- Recommend rental pricing based on local market trends.

**Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with Ontario tenancy laws and LTB procedures.
- Prepare documentation for notices, lease violations, and disputes.

**Vendor & Budget Coordination**
- Manage vendor relationships and approve minor invoices.
- Track and monitor minor repair/maintenance budgets.

**Emergency Support**
- Be available to coordinate urgent responses on an as-needed basis.

**Communication**
- Act as the primary contact for tenants and liaise with property owners as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in property management or a related field is an asset.
- Knowledge of Ontario residential tenancy laws preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties.
- Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license is required.

- **Compensation**: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
