A leading property management firm in Simcoe County requires an interested individual in becoming a member of our team as a Property Maintenance Worker. This individual will be responsible for general maintenance of both interior and exterior of commercial and residential properties. Duties and tasks include a variety of preventative maintenance, general repairs and grounds keeping. Company vehicle is supplied to get between job sites, errands, deliveries, and client banking as required. A valid drivers license as well as a Drivers Abstract are required.

Duties required will include:

- Daily property inspections
- Lawn maintenance, cutting and trimming, fertilizing and weeding during summer months
- Strive to keep both interior and exterior of all maintained properties in upmost immaculate and professional standard as possible at all times
- Sweeping and blowing of all sidewalks, curbs and parking lots to ensure no accumulation of any dirt and/or debris
- Mechanical and/or technical experience would be an asset
- Responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of equipment and tools
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and storage areas at all times
- Being one of the front faces of our business during client pick-ups and deliveries, this individual must be clean kept, polite and personable at all times
- Must be able to handle multitasking well
- Snow shovelling and salting of sidewalks and required areas during winter months
- Early start times during winter months to accommodate snow removal prior to client’s businesses opening
- To maintain the highest level of understanding of our client’s confidentiality at all times
- Attendance and punctuality a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
