**Bar Supervisor**

Join our team on King Street As a Bar Supervisor, you'll craft and serve drinks, keep the bar area clean and organised, and provide excellent customer service.

You will be in charge of the bartender organization, quality of service and stock control.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and making recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
- Upsell drink specials and menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service.
- Management Skill
- Stock control
- Admin completion

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Outstanding guest services skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
