Job Title: Bingo Hall Snack Bar Supervisor

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full time Bingo Hall Food & Beverage Supervisor. Their primary role is to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the food and beverage service, maintain high standards of customer service, develop the team, and maximize profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervising Operations**: Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, including dining areas, bars, and kitchen facilities. Ensure that all activities are carried out efficiently, maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.
- **Staff Management**: Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff, including cashiers and kitchen staff. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure a high level of service and professionalism.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure that customers are greeted and served in a prompt, friendly, and efficient manner. Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and resolve them to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Inventory and Stock Control**: Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality control. Implement effective stock control procedures to minimize waste and optimize cost-efficiency.
- **Financial Management**: Assist in budgeting and cost control efforts, including monitoring expenses, analyzing financial reports, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs. Identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety, health, and hygiene regulations. Monitor and enforce sanitation standards and practices to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- **Training and Development**: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge. Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify training needs. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and staff morale.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Prepare and submit reports, such as sales figures, inventory levels, and staff schedules. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Greet customers and provide a positive and friendly attitude throughout the transaction
- Answer any questions customers may have regarding bingo game rules, prizes, and schedules
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers to provide accurate information to customers
- Upsell or cross-sell products or services to increase sales revenue
- Process items accurately and efficiently using the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
- Accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, debit cards, and electronic wallets
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers as needed.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and perform routine cash register counts and reconciliations.
- Ensure pricing accuracy and address any discrepancies or errors
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all company procedures, policies, and safety guidelines
- Assist with other tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisor or management

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers or duties at once
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items or do repetitive movements if required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must 18+ and be able to obtain an AGCO Gaming License and Food Handler Certification

Proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar customer service role is **required**.

Pay for this position is starting at $17 per hour, plus gratuity. We also have advancement opportunities and benefits for full time staff.
