**MARKETING, COMMUNICATIONS & CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR**

**POSITION**:
**STATUS**: Part time/Approx. 15+ hours/week. Mondays 3:00-9:00pm, Tuesdays 3:00-9:00pm with flexibility for additional hours.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**
Front line administration, sales and customer service, marketing and communications

**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to students, families and faculty.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social media and traditional channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
- Assist with website updates and SEO optimization.
- Create compelling content including newsletters, blog posts, social media updates and short promotional videos.
- Stay up-to-date on new marketing technologies and trends, evaluate their potential for adoption into marketing operations.
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement streamlined processes to enhance productivity, reduce bottlenecks and improve overall administration and marketing effectiveness.
- Monitor marketing operations budget, spending patterns and identify opportunities for savings.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven customer service and sales experience.
- Strong familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms)
- Experience with video and content creation software (Canva or similar)
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- 2+ years of marketing experience.
- 2 + years of office administration.
- Highly adaptable technical skills.
- Experience in Microsoft office, Asana, Squarespace, Wellnessliving platforms.

**ABOUT**:
Established in 2002, Chinook School of Music is Western Canada’s largest independent music school. With two locations and a client base of over 1400 students, our specialty is private music instruction and group programming for ages 6 months to adults.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
