WealthCo is currently seeking a full time **Client Service Administrator** to join our growing team, who will be an exceptional addition to our head offices in Calgary, Alberta. Your key focus will be delivering exceptional client service and support to new and existing clients. Working in a team environment, you will support the company’s goals and objective by:

- Client onboarding, and ongoing service & support
- Maintaining electronic client files & upkeep of client management systems
- Work with Wealth Advisors as a part of the client services team
- Effectively manage customer support platform by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with a proactive and customer-centric approach
- Communication with Custodians and key business partners as it pertains to administrative matters.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in the financial industry with direct client service responsibilities
- Diploma or Degree in administration or office technology, or equivalent related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, word processing skills; ability to leverage technological developments within the role
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Strong attention to detail; self starter
- Creative and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities; excellent time management and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
