The Client Services Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience by providing efficient and accurate support for our equipment lease and loan services. You will handle a variety of customer requests, process contract modifications and terminations, and assists with administrative functions related to equipment rentals and resales. This entry-level position offers a terrific opportunity to gain valuable experience in the financial services industry. Responsibilities: Customer Service and Support: Respond to customer inquiries regarding equipment leases and loans, including requests for paperwork (amortization schedules, contracts details), insurance and registration authorizations. Provide clear and accurate information to customers in a professional and courteous manner. Contract Management and Administration: Process approved contract modifications and payment amendments’ paperwork, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures. Assist with invoicing and paperwork for rental units and equipment resales. Lease, Loan and Regulatory Compliance: Assist with PPSA Registrations for lease transactions, ensuring Essex maintains a priority secured position. Perform PPSA amendments and discharges as required and approved. Reporting and Securitization: Process and follow up for timely renewal of expired insurance confirmations. Assist with preparing qualifying deals for securitization with funding partners. Process reports and projects as assigned. The Successful Candidate Will: Provide professional and accurate customer service. Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. Show strong attention to detail and accuracy. Be organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Contribute positively to a team environment while working independently. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Required Education and Experience: High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset. 0–2 years of customer service or related experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience in financial services or equipment leasing is considered an asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
