**Responsibilities**
Social Media & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns, create and schedule engaging content, and manage online community engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Additionally, the role involves supporting marketing campaigns, maintaining website content, analyzing social media performance, and creating external marketing materials to promote community partnerships and brand awareness.
- Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Design and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to resonate with our target audience and align with brand voice.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and interact with our online community to foster positive relationships and brand loyalty.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Assist with maintaining and updating the company website with fresh and relevant content, including blog posts, event updates, and promotional materials.
- Track social media metrics and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Help create external marketing materials to promote community partnerships, events, and brand awareness efforts.

**Minimum Education & Experience**
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator for creating eye-catching graphics, promotional materials, and social media visuals.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations and reports.
- Experience managing social media accounts, including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Strong writing, editing, and design skills for creating engaging digital content.
- Ability to track and analyze social media metrics, providing actionable insights for improving engagement.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail in both content creation and marketing execution.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall success of marketing campaigns.
