What We Require
- Resume, References, Valid Police Check
- Experience Using Various Computer Programs such as Gmail, Google Drive, Excel, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
- **Minimum 4 Hours Commitment Per Week (Board meetings on Thursdays, 3 to 5pm)**

Role Description
- Supporting the events manager with logístical and administrative support.
- Maintaining records of all bookings and receiving and making payments.
- Obtaining funding, like grants or funds form working with sponsors.
- Allocating financial resources via sponsorship.
- Managing overall event’s budgets.
- Assisting with creative decisions
- Attending all meetings to act as a second point of contact.

Volunteers can gain the experience to be apart of events like comedy shows, talent shows, craft events etc.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal

**Salary**: Up to $2.00 per year
