**Overview**:
We are seeking a **dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Customer Care Representative** to join our team As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and support. You'll communicate with customers across multiple channels, assist with inquiries, and help promote our products and services. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Accurately complete **data entry** and update customer information in our systems.
- Analyze customer feedback to help improve service delivery and satisfaction.
- Identify upselling opportunities by recommending relevant products or services.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and deliver consistent quality.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in **customer service or sales** (experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is a strong asset).
- Excellent communication skills in **English**.
- Strong **interpersonal skills** and the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficient in data entry; familiarity with **CRM systems** is a plus.
- A **positive attitude**, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Availability for **evening shifts**, typically **5 PM-9 PM on weekdays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday)**.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
