We are seeking an articulate, well-organized, self-starter to join our marketing team as a Customer Support Representative at our office in Markham.
**Position Overview**:
Reporting directly to the Manager, Digital Services Development and Implementation, the role will be part of the in-house Marketing Department, working closely with the Manager, Marketing and Regional Coordinators of Operations. In this role, the Customer Support Representative will ensure our customer care issues are handled in a fashion that is consistent with our brand image and in keeping with our customers’ expectations.
You may be asked to support the day-to-day marketing operations from our annual marketing plan to our weekly and monthly initiatives.
**Responsibilities include**:
**Customer Service Management**
- Maintaining customer relationships by handling questions and concerns in a timely fashion and with professionalism.
- Tracking and handling customer feedback through 3rd party delivery partners including Door Dash, Uber Eats and the Sarku Japan App.
- Investigate past customer service concerns to address customer complaints, as directed.
**New Store Opening and Local Store Marketing**
- Assists with the packing of marketing materials for new store openings, such as, POP elements and digital campaign content.
- Provide administrative support for local store marketing plans and events.
**Requirements**:
- 6+ months of experience in a Customer Support role in the restaurant industry (preferred).
- A degree/diploma in marketing (or business administration). (preferred)
- Passionate, self-starter, and quick learner
- A personable team player, who can work independently,
- Strong administrative, time management and organizational skills.
- Great communication skills (written/verbal).
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Bilingual in Spanish (written/verbal) would be an asset
- This position requires flexible hours to match restaurant operations, this may include evenings and weekends.

**Salary**: $37,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
