Job Responsibilities
- Management and administration of customer care matters from purchase to end of Tarion warranty period
- Responding to all customer inquiries or concerns
- Overseeing the department and team operation
- Communicate proactively with development / construction teams to respond to customer complaints, potential issues, and execution of warranty repairs
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience with GTA high-rise construction and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer care software
- Team player and willingness to learn
