**Marketing Specialist (Contract Position)**

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is current and optimized for SEO.
- Generate creative marketing ideas and campaigns to promote our services.
- Create engaging marketing content, brochures, and sales materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Oversee social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
- Write and edit content for blogs, newsletters, and other communication channels.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
