We're Hiring: Top-Notch Marketing Specialist (Landscaping + Snow Removal)

We're a growing landscaping and snow removal company looking for a Marketing Specialist who can take our brand, reputation, and lead generation to the next level.

What You'll Do

Lead Generation & Strategy

  • Develop and execute year-round marketing strategies for both landscaping and snow removal.
  • Increase qualified leads through digital ads, SEO management, email marketing, social media campaigns & content creation, and local campaigns/community events & fundraising
  • Manage seasonal campaigns (spring clean-ups, summer projects, fall prep, winter contracts).

Digital Marketing

  • Work closely with or SEO/SEM team to interpret results, and adjust budgets (as required)
  • Manage our social media presence with engaging content and project showcases.
  • Oversee our Google Business Profile and online reputation (Google Reviews)
  • Ensuring our website is updated frequently (per season). This includes updating project galleries, offers, promotions, community involvement, service pages, etc

Brand & Content

  • Strengthen brand consistency across trucks, uniforms, signs, print materials, and online channels.
  • Capture and organize project photos/videos from field crews.
  • Create before-and-after features, customer case studies, and promotional content.
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, proposals, project portfolios, signage, etc
  • Implement strategies that generate local leads, brand awareness and increase brand visibility

Analytics & Systems

  • Track an report on performance metrics (social media growth, Campaign RI, website traffic, lead source, etc)
  • Provide monthly reports and marketing insights to leadership.
  • Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of marketing experience (home services/landscaping/snow removal preferred, not required).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and event planning
  • Ability to plan and execute seasonal marketing cycles.
  • Great eye for visuals—photos, videos, branding, design.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • A data-driven mindset and the ability to turn insights into action.
