International Marketing Specialist 15 Months Contract

Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, the **International Marketing Specialist - Contract** provides international marketing support with a focus on the Latin American region, while also assisting with marketing initiatives in Asia as needed. Responsibilities include the development, maintenance, and translation of marketing collateral, website updates, coordination of trade shows and training events, and support for advertising campaigns. The position will also collaborate with the North American marketing team on various projects as assigned, ensuring consistent global brand messaging and execution across regions.
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- **Trade Show Management**: Coordinate all aspects of trade shows including logistics, vendor communication, booth setup, and post-event reporting to ensure a successful brand presence.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks**: Support a variety of departmental needs such as internal communications, database updates, event assistance, and other administrative or project-based tasks.
- **Collateral Development & Support**: Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing materials to ensure consistent and up-to-date collateral across departments.
- **Training**: Support the planning and execution of internal training sessions by preparing materials and assisting with logistics or content development
- **Social Media & Videos**: Contribute to social media content creation and video production by drafting posts, curating visuals, and supporting engagement efforts.
**Do you qualify? We are seeking**:
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, International Marketing
- 1-3 years experience in the electrical industry
- Intermediate knowledge with Adobe InDesign
- Intermedia knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluent both written and oral in English and Spanish
- Demonstrates strong and effective communication skills
- Demonstrates strong and effective organisational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing needs quickly is an asset
