**About Us**

My Kitchen and Bath is a leading supplier and design showroom specializing in **premium kitchen and bathroom products**, including cabinetry, vanities, countertops, fixtures, and accessories. We partner with top brands and interior designers to deliver exceptional design and product solutions for homeowners and professionals alike.

We’re looking for an energetic and knowledgeable **Inside Sales Representative** to join our growing team and play a key role in our showroom sales and operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist **walk-in customers, interior designers, and contractors** with product selection and sales.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of **kitchen and bathroom building products**, finishes, and leading industry brands.
- Operate the **POS system** to process sales, returns, and payments accurately.
- Manage and monitor **showroom inventory**, including ordering, restocking, and organizing displays.
- **On-board new vendors**, build relationships with suppliers, and maintain product knowledge updates.
- **Schedule appointments** with partner showrooms and coordinate client visits as needed.
- Identify and pursue **new sales opportunities** to increase revenue and customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-focused showroom environment.

**Qualifications**
- **2-3 years of experience** in inside sales, retail sales, or showroom sales (preferably in kitchen, bath, or home improvement industry).
- Strong knowledge of **kitchen and bath products, materials, and design trends.**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with **POS systems**, Microsoft Office, and basic inventory management tools.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Must be willing to **work weekends** and follow the showroom schedule.

**Schedule**
- **Days**: 6 days per week (including weekends)
- **Hours**: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Base Salary**: $45,000 per year
- **Commission**: Based on sales performance and targets achieved
