This role is highly proactive, blending traditional customer support with active business development. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through strategic outreach and cold calling, as well as "farming" a portfolio of existing low-revenue clients to build relationships and increase their engagement. Your expertise in customer care, combined with your technical aptitude, will be crucial in understanding client needs, presenting solutions, and achieving growth targets.This role requires a proactive individual who thrives on building and maintaining strong customer relationships. As an Inside Sales Representative in the customer care team, you will manage a high volume of outbound communication, aiming for 40 meaningful contacts per day to build a robust pipeline and ensure your clients feel supported. You will also be responsible for supporting the outside sales team, qualifying leads, and preparing the groundwork for larger projects. Your contributions to the customer care team will be vital in driving revenue and expanding the company's market share in a competitive industry. The mechanical wholesale/air filtration industry is focused on providing essential solutions for air quality, and you will be at the forefront of this important work.The day-to-day responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative are dynamic. You will spend your time identifying new prospects, making outbound calls, responding to inquiries via phone and email, developing detailed quotes, and processing orders. Your ability to navigate CRM software will be essential for tracking all client interactions, managing data, and providing reports to management.
