Join our dynamic inside sales team as an Inside Sales Representative We're seeking motivated individuals with a knack for clear communication and a passion for sales. As a key player in our team, you'll handle incoming calls and leads, engaging with customers to understand their needs and facilitate a seamless sales process. With provided leads, your focus will be on qualification, effective CRM management, collaboration with the sales team, and achieving monthly sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads via phone.
- Qualify leads by assessing needs, budget, and readiness to buy.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, ensuring effective lead management.
- Collaborate with the sales team for timely follow-up and closure of opportunities.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service for high satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on products, services, and industry trends.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Attend sales training and meetings as required.
- Continuously enhance sales skills through self-learning.

**Skills Required**:

- Proven inside sales or call center experience.
- Track record of quota over-achievement.
- Strong phone presence and timely response to calls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Salary: From $17.00 per hour + Commissions.

**Experience Required**:

- Outbound/Inbound Sales: 1 year (required).
- Call Center Experience is an asset.
