We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at Prominent Homes. As a Sales Associate working out of our Lewisburg show home, you will be responsible for promoting and selling new homes, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Become fully versed and knowledgeable of Prominent Homes - what we have to offer to our homeowners and the communities in which we build
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Showcase model homes and provide guided tours to highlight features and benefits
- Educate customers on the home building process and available financing options
- Close sales and assist customers with the purchasing process
- Cultivate relationships with potential buyers and follow up on leads
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the real estate or home building industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of home construction and design trends
- Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems
- Ability to travel to various showhomes (Cochrane, Okotoks, Airdrie, Chestermere, Calgary) to work with different Area Sales Managers.
