Our product automates the mindless tasks that creatives and marketers do every day to manage content, unlocking creativity through image recognition, automated versioning, and approval workflows. **This is a hybrid role requiring in-office attendance at least 3 days/week.**

**The Role**:
We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to help build and scale the foundation of our People & Operations processes as we continue to grow. In this role, you’ll wear multiple hats, supporting a variety of operational and HR initiatives that ensure our team runs smoothly and our employees thrive. From streamlining administrative processes to driving engagement efforts, you’ll play a critical role in making Air a great place to work. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, startup environment while growing your skills in both operations and HR.
- Manage administrative tasks like maintaining HR records, updating policies, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws.
- Assist in planning and executing company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR processes, benefits, and company policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements across operations and HR functions to help the company scale effectively.
- Collaborate across teams to support projects that contribute to Air’s culture, employee experience, and operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- You’re a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with 1-3 years of experience in HR, operations, or a related field.
- You’re adaptable and thrive in a startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and you love working with people.
- You’re proactive, solutions-oriented, and always looking for ways to make processes more efficient.
- You’re passionate about creating a positive employee experience and building a strong company culture.

If based in Canada, the compensation range for this role is CAD $50,000 to $75,000.
