**What you will be doing**:

- Provide support to Advising Staff by conducting research and drafting client documents to support clients’ understanding compliance, legislation, and risks.
- Support full-cycle recruitment process including organizing job postings, performing pre-screening interviews, and reference checks.
- Administer various client programs and services including self-insured disability programs while adhering to and troubleshooting issues and questions within the defined/approved procedure documents.
- Assist Advising Staff in preparing for and delivering client training programs.
- Support Advising Staff on projects while providing updates to both the Advisor and client.
- Act as a liaison with the internal Marketing Coordinator to develop social media, newsletter, and podcast content.
- Coordinate monthly billing process including supporting Advising Staff with timely and accurate drafted client invoices, posting/issuing invoices, and following up with clients on accounts receivables.
- Perform administrative, organizational, and coordinative tasks to support the prompt delivery of client advice, services, and products; including maintaining client database, coordinating meetings, maintaining internal tools, and administering various client programs.
- Draft various documents under the direction of Advising Staff. maintain client records and perform data entry of information.
- Proofread and finalize documents, reports, products, presentations, and packages for Advising Staff ensuring appropriate formatting, grammar, and spelling.
- Draft, edit, and draft PowerPoint/LMS documents, scripts, reports, presentation and workboard for training, in person, virtual, etc.
- Support with organizing training and events, ensuring that Zoom (or other apps) is up and running, organizing food, snacks, drinks, physical venue, booking and setup/take down space, closing of training with sending out certificates, invoices, collecting and organizing feedback forms, etc.
- Administer LMS; doing voiceovers, uploading training, drafting training, tracking training, running report, assigning training, sending out training certificates, following up with clients.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Minimum one-year experience working in a customer/client-facing or professional service role; with interest and ability to communicate, connect and care for all types of people; with the ability to understand and adapt to different behaviours and personalities
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in business, arts, accounting, political science, human resources, health and safety, training and/or adult learning or applicable field.
- Interest in learning how to leverage Artificial Intelligence, HR cloud based tools, learning management systems, social media and other tools for consulting services.
- Willingness to obtain education and relevant certifications such as AI, LMS, talent Acquisition, workplace investigations, etc. and designations such as CHRP, RPR, PCP, CRST, etc.
- Ability to develop an understanding of Ontario Employment Law, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and other applicable legislation/regulations.
- Strong analytical, critical inquiry/problem solving and mathematical reasoning skills.
- Demonstrated business writing skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social media, learning management and productivity software.
- Excellent communication and customer/client relationship skills.
