**Job Overview**:
KD Poultry, a division of Moonfleet Group of Companies is hiring a Logistics Coordinator. This role involves coordinating the scheduling and routing of AZ drivers and vehicle. Ensuring smooth communication between drivers, processors, and farmers, while also providing administrative support to the team. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and delivers outstanding customer service.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Collaborate with multiple processors to coordinate weekly schedules.
- chedule and dispatch drivers based on workload.
- Adjust schedules promptly to accommodate processor and farmer changes.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, farmers, and admin team.
- Handle phone calls and texts from employees regarding scheduling.
- Monitor and track fleet using Samsara
- Maintain daily logs and dispatch records.
- Ensure all deadlines are met and schedules are accurate.
- Ensure compliance with Hours of Service regulations
- Oversee fleet maintenance and safety and regulatory compliance
- Track paperwork, bills of lading, and drivers logs
- Primary contact point for drivers
- Build procedures and work through training
- Provide after hours support, on-call (when required)

**Working Conditions**:

- Office work/desk job
- Regular use of Excel, Outlook, phone and basic office equipment
- Communication with farmers and industry partners for job bookings

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in dispatching and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency with dispatch software and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Agricultural or poultry experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
