We're seeking an Asset Management Coordinator to join our Finance team

The Asset Management Coordinator is responsible for administering and implementing the Municipality's asset management program. This role ensures compliance while focusing on the long-term sustainability of municipal infrastructure and service delivery. Key functions include developing and maintaining the municipality’s asset register, coordinating condition assessments, lifecycle analysis, and integrating Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with financial planning tools.
- Post-secondary degree or a three-year college diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related discipline.
- Certification in Asset Management or Project Management (e.g., IAM, CAMP, PMP) or working towards is an asset.
- Professional designations such as CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant), CET (Certified Engineering Technician), or P.Eng (Professional Engineer) or working towards is an asset.
- Minimum of three years of experience in asset management.
- Experience in Municipal or Public Sector infrastructure systems is considered an asset.
- Experience working with cross-departmental teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, research, and communication skills.
