Key Holder

- scenes retail operations? Bakelaar Jewellers is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join a small team in a dynamic, full-spectrum role in downtown Listowel.

**About the Role**:

- This position is a mix of customer-facing and administrative responsibilities. As a Key Holder, you'll be a trusted member of the team, helping to manage day-to-day operations while ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Working 4 to 5 days per week
- Compensation would approximately be $20 per hour.

**Responsibilities**:

- Open and close the store as a key holder
- Assist customers with fine jewellery and giftware purchases
- Coordinate shipping, manage inventory packaging needs, and support store merchandising (including window displays)
- Train new staff members and support overall team operations
- Use point-of-sale and other retail software
- Help with administrative tasks and potentially supporte
- Commerce efforts.

**Who you are**:

- Friendly, optimistic, and approachable
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Skilled with retail software and open to learning
- Comfortable multitasking across retail and admin duties
- Experience with eCommerce is a plus
- Able to build positive relationships with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
