**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Design, decorate, and assemble ice cream cakes for custom orders and in-store display
- Collaborate with customers on cake designs for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions
- Layer, frost, pipe, and embellish cakes with precision and creativity
- Keep cake production area clean, organized, and up to health & safety standards
- Track and manage cake supplies and inventory
- Scoop and serve ice cream, gelato, and other treats with care and flair
- Greet customers, take orders, and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, dining area, and service stations
- Restock toppings, cones, and supplies as needed
- Provide friendly, helpful service and keep the vibe upbeat and welcoming

**Requirements**:

- Ice cream cake decorating experience is needed
- Previous experience in food preparation or the food industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Friendly, team-first attitude with good communication skills
- Must be comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
