**Bang Bang Ice Cream & Bakery is looking for smart and charismatic people to join our core team for 2025/2026**
**Energetic, Food loving persons wanted for permanent p/t FOH position**
Approx 18-30+ hours/week. Must be strong (some heavy lifting/lifting 20kg) with adequate upper body strength (strong arms, wrists, elbows) for repetitive ice cream scooping.
You will be working in a fast paced environment, and must be able to multitask, and genuinely like people and food.
Duties include scooping, making waffles, customer service, POS/cash, baking, prepping orders for take-away.

**Summary**
As a FOH/Customer Service/Ice Cream Server, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer experiences while serving delicious ice cream treats. Reporting to the Front of House Manager, your core skills in food service, cashiering, and customer service will ensure efficient order processing and satisfaction. You will utilize your premium skills in time management and Square POS systems to handle transactions smoothly. Additionally, your relevant skills in food handling and sanitation will maintain a safe and clean environment, contributing to our mission of providing high-quality service in a vibrant setting. **Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in cashiering and cash handling
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to operate POS systems including Square
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and upselling products
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 - 30 per week
