**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and produce a variety of ice cream flavors according to established recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment in compliance with food safety standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system while providing excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage time effectively to meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is a plus.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
