We are currently seeking an IT Support position for any of our offices located in Sault Ste. Marie, North Bay, Sudbury, Timmins, Dryden, Hamilton, Peterborough, Ottawa or Toronto.

**Duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following**:
- Assist with completing installations, maintenance, and updating of desktop, laptop, mobile devices, printers
- Provide technical support for laptop computers, printers, internet access, 3cx VoIP phones, and computer software
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve minor system/user issues
- Assist with Intune management
- Stay informed on new or emerging trends and technologies that provide clear benefits to the organization
- Assist with recording of processes and practices by developing and preparing standard operating procedures
- Assist with development and maintenance of inventory tracking process
- Other duties as assigned
- Appreciation for Indigenous culture and a values system that believes in assisting people
- Post-secondary certificate, diploma, or degree in one or more of the following Computer Science, Information Systems Technology or related programs or combination of relevant education and experience
- Certifications of licenses appropriate to the industry
- 1-3 years of related experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 operating systems
- Basic knowledge of networking systems
- Use and knowledge of Android OS (cell phones)
- Knowledge in Azure/Entra ID would be an asset
- Knowledge with Active Directory and Exchange as well as hybrid exchange
- Familiarity with various programming languages and development platforms is an asset
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues professionally and effectively
- Proactive & self-motivated
- High level of integrity and exceptional work ethic
- Proficient with Time management with the ability to prioritize demands
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and/or within a team environment
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate both written and orally
- Perform well under pressure
**Conditions of employment**:
- Ability to travel as required (limited)
- Ability to work varying hours/days, if required
- Valid CPIC clearance (Criminal Records check); Vulnerable reference Check may be required
- Current, valid Ontario Driver’s License and safe driving record.
- Willingness to successfully participate in continuous learning activities to ensure able to stay abreast of current and new information software and technology
