Polestar Uptown Toronto, part of Grand Touring Automobiles, is seeking a **Service Advisor** to join our team in Markham.

In this key role, you will be the main point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their service experience is seamless and exceptional. Your responsibilities will include:

- Advising customers on service needs and vehicle care
- Drafting repair orders and estimates
- Scheduling service appointments
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely service delivery
- Providing an outstanding customer experience every step of the way

**About You**
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role (experience with Polestar or luxury brands is an asset, but not required)
- Familiarity with CDK (formerly ADP) software
- A strong customer service background and a client-first mindset
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a drive to succeed
