**Leadership, Management & Accountability (LMA)**
- Hire already successful commissioned Producers/Partners who want to become Partners in Mango Insurance
**Selling**
- Bring in Strategic Partners who refer business to producers at Mango Insurance
**Carrier Relations**
- Proactively foster positive working relationships with underwriting managers
- Attend carrier events as needed
**Confidentiality**
Confidentiality is essential in a managerial role. Confidential workplace information can generally be broken down into three categories: employee information and circumstances, management information, and business information. In the wrong hands, confidential information can be misused and result in lawsuits for the employer, culture and morale erosion, and a loss of employee trust, confidence, and loyalty. These outcomes always result in a loss of productivity.
**Communication**
Open communication is key. The Director of Growth is the communication link between the front-line and management. The Director of Growth disseminates information to the team and forwards information in a timely manner. They work closely with team members to resolve issues and reports as required on performance, issues, and resolutions.
**Department Targets**
- Bring in 4 Referral Partners every month
- Bring in 3 Active Strategic Partners every Quarter
- Hire 2 commissioned BDRs every Quarter
- Hire 1 Producers/ Partners every Quarter
**Office Support**
- Attend and participate in staff meetings and company functions
- Take all steps to avoid, and report to the VP, Operations, any potential Errors & Omissions or bad debt situations
- Abide by and adhere to the policies and procedures as outlined in the Policies and Procedures manual
- Other related duties as required
**Recruiting, Hiring & Onboarding**
- Participate in the recruitment process
- Participate in the new sales persons onboarding process
- Execute training plan
**Career Development**
- Attend necessary courses and industry events to maintain licenses & designations
- Take management training courses, as required
**Knowledge & Experience**
- 4+ years of C-Level Sales Experience in B to B transactions
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience within an insurance and risk consulting environment
