**Overview**
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting various operations within our organization. Laborers are responsible for performing tasks that require physical strength and stamina, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. **Duties**
- Assist with landscaping projects, including planting, soil work, mulching, sodding, and edging
- Support **hardscaping tasks** such as laying patios, walkways, retaining walls, and stone features
- Perform general **excavation and grading** duties including trenching, backfilling, and site leveling
- Assist in **demolition** of structures and removal of debris
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely
- Load and unload materials, set up job sites, and clean up after completion
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and contribute to a safe and organized work environment

**Requirements**:

- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- 2+ years of previous experience in landscaping or labor-intensive roles
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Valid Class 5 license with reliable vehicle

**Assets (Not Required, but Preferred)**:

- Class 3 Driver’s License
- Skidsteer or mini excavator operation experience
- First Aid or other safety certifications

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 50 per week
