Hydroseeding & Landscaping Helper

We are looking for a reliable **Hydroseeding & Landscaping Helper** to support our equipment operators on residential and commercial projects.

This is a hands-on outdoor position assisting with hydroseeding, site preparation, grading, and erosion control installation. You will work closely with a lead operator and are expected to follow direction, work safely, and contribute to a productive job site.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with hydroseeding and hydromulching operations
- Support grading, topsoil placement, and site cleanup
- Install erosion control measures such as straw mulch, erosion control blankets, and silt fence
- Load, unload, and handle materials and equipment
- Assist with daily equipment setup and cleanup
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Willingness to learn and follow direction
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a small crew

**Assets (Strong Advantage)**
- Previous experience in hydroseeding, landscaping, or site construction
- Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, or hydroseeding equipment
- Valid driver’s license (Class 3 considered a strong asset)
- Interest in stepping into a lead/operator role as skills develop

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 60 per week
