Job Description: **ADVISOR, PEOPLE EXPERIENCE** Horseshoe Bay 12 month Term Certain BC Ferries is focused on the future of what it means to be an integrated HR team and we are looking for professionals committed to continual improvement and engaged HR practices. As a Human Resource professional working with a team in one of our major terminals, you are a self-starter who thrives as a generalist within a team environment. Based on past knowledge, you provide progressive human resource guidance and take great pride in fostering and coaching excellence in people management practices. Your background includes a post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field, and/or at least 3 years of progressive generalist experience in a human resources function. You have well developed verbal and written communication skills, are well organized and you are a self-starter who is able to work independently. You demonstrate sensitivity, objectivity, confidentiality and professionalism when handling all human resources issues.
