**Please note that this role is a permanent, full-time position working from our office in Boisbriand.**

**PMR** is looking for a **Customer Service Coordinator** to help manage and facilitate sales and operating procedures. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and be able to simultaneously perform multiple tasks for different teams.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create, complete and monitor service requests;
- Update internal databases with account information;
- Act as a direct liaison between logistics brokers and clients for incoming shipments;
- Build relationships with suppliers and other PMR departments

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Must be proficient with computers and be able to effectively work with multiple software;
- Previous experience with a CRM and Microsoft Office (Excel, word, power point);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Bilingual - English & French essential, Spanish is an asset;
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks;
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
