**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Dispatching drivers and coordinating logistics operations efficiently.
- Handling stressful situations with composure and finding effective solutions.
- Multi-tasking effectively to manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and drivers.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
- Team work on various projects as per demand
- Work Excel files and dispatch program to update and ensure seamless follow-through on all orders

**Requirements**:

- Excellent discipline and work ethic, with a focus on punctuality and reliability.
- Quick reaction and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work full-time and be available on-call when needed.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and French) is a requirement.
- Experience in dispatch or operations is a plus, but not a must.
