_We are looking for an engaged marketer with 3-5 years experience and an entrepreneurial mindset to join our marketing team._
- The Marketing Coordinator will work up to 3 days a week at our head office directly with the Sales and Marketing Manager. The remaining workweek is flexible and can be done remotely._

**Position Title**: Marketing Coordinator

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Maintain strong communication between the marketing and sales teams as well as external consultants.
- Maintain marketing schedules and oversee projects.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations on behalf of the marketing team.
- Perform competitive research to understand what is happening in the market and incorporate findings into each campaign.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication among project stakeholders.
- Record results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
- Assist with landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs.
- Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual French/English, especially written skills.
- Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro) Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Wordpress and CRM related tools.
- Experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and/or product management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
- Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
- BA/BS Marketing is a plus but is not required.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
