The Cash Wrap Coordinator ensures the cash wrap team is exceeding the clients’ expectations through consistent coaching, all while maintaining smooth functioning of all operational procedures. The Cash Wrap Coordinator will serve as Cash Wrap Director-in-Charge (CWD) and guarantee that the clients’ last impression is a memorable experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Supervise, train and coach cashiers to develop their client service and POS skills.
- Coach cashiers to achieve goal in all metrics as they relate to our CLI performance: overall checkout experience, wait time, sampling, Beauty Insider appreciation and client appreciation.
- Act as a line jester when long lines form.
- Recognize and celebrate any positive performance of the cashiers.
- Communicate any unsatisfactory performance and policy violations to leadership team in a consistent fashion.
- Maintain cash wrap P.R.I.D.E. visual standards, which includes Beauty to Go.
- Be an expert on all cashier functions:

- Opening and closing procedures
- Cashier Audits
- Returns and exchanges
- Price adjustments
- Post voids
- Employee transactions
- Update and maintain the POS manual
- Ensure compliance with Sephora’s cash handling and shortage prevention proceduresEnsure that all cash handling processes such as change orders are maintained
