**Overview**
- PepsiCo Beverages Canada is in search of a

**Finance Coordinator**

to support our Edmonton team by providing accurate cashier and settlement administration and general office support for the Edmonton

**Responsibilities**
- Managing the Variable Incentive Pay (VIP) Program for Western Canada as the VIP Kronos Administrator ensuring weekly payroll accuracy through timecard review, verification and adjustments;
- Cashiering and settlement of delivery routes for Edmonton and Northern Alberta
- Supporting inventory and delivery of point of sale (POS) marketing materials
- Invoice payment and tracking
- Assist in local event planning and coordination
- General office support and administration

**Qualifications**
- High School diploma required
- Some level of Post-Secondary education preferred
- 3+ years of Payroll experience required
- 2+ years of administrative experience preferred
- Ability/Flexibility to work non-standard hours, as needed
- Approachable & willing to help others
- Technical competence and analytical ability
- Must be able to lead and complete projects as assigned
- Must be able to assume responsibilities outside the core responsibilities of the position
- Must be able to make sound decisions with a high level of confidence
- Self-starter, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as detail-oriented
- Team-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required
- Ability to multi-task is essential
- Kronos and SAP experience an asset
- Proficient in PC skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience with invoicing programs an asset

Successful applicants will be required to pass a background check which includes a criminal record check, a reference check, a general employment verification, and confirmation of high school (or equivalent credential) completion.
