**FRONTLINE CAPABILITY COACH**

Reporting to the Director, Workforce Capability, you will support our Western Frontline team in the development of their capability to provide trusted insurance advice to our customers by emulating and cultivating organizational alignment on product sales vision, strategy, and execution.

**Here is what a typical day looks like**
- Executing on the business strategy, through broker development, coaching, mentorship and implementation of highly visible, channel-wide product and broker coaching programs that support standardized continuous learning and development of employee product and sales knowledge
- Aligning workflows through Western’s strategic goals and supporting Western’s Mission and Vison
- Collaborating with Director of Frontline Capability on customer success, product support, learning & development, and others on the product coaching strategy
- Providing feedback with respect to initiative or program creation as seen in the field
- Coaching and recommending product development, product targeting, and coaching gaps from knowledge of field work
- Collaborating on alignment and integration of cross-functional processes for successful coaching and sales execution across all channels
- Identifying challenges, gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement through the implementation and coaching work
- Collaborating the creation of engaging and effective coaching collateral ensuring all aspects of product capabilities and client value are addressed, not just the what, but the how and why are understood
- Reporting on KPIs. Monitoring, evaluating, and recording coaching activities for program effectiveness
- Providing product guidance and direction to support Client requests, regulatory changes, marketing campaigns and operations initiatives

**The value you bring**
- General Agent Level 2 Insurance License or LLQP required
- 5+ years working as a front-line Insurance Broker
- Experience delivering training or coaching programs an asset
- Excellent presentation skills and strong follow through with on-going communications to various stakeholders
- Previous experience and knowledge of Financial Services products an asset
