**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Design engaging graphics, videos, and PDFs for marketing campaigns and ads.
- **Website Management**: Regularly update our website and landing pages to reflect the latest offerings and company news.
- **Advertising**: Review and create Facebook ads that resonate with our target audience.
- **Customer Engagement**: Follow up with customers who inquire about our services, ensuring their needs are met.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate in-home appointments for new opportunities, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- **CRM Management**: Utilize our CRM system (GHL) to track leads and customer interactions.
- **Customer Happiness**: Check in with previous customers to ensure their continued satisfaction with our services.
- **Market Research**: Stay on top of market trends and insights to inform our marketing strategy.

**Experience and Skills**:

- **Marketing Experience**: If you have it, great If not, your attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using a computer, social media platforms, and basic marketing tools.
- **Reliable Transportation**: You’ll need to travel occasionally for in-office work and customer visits.
