This is a very demanding paralegal position. You are responsible for over 60 open active law suits which include Long Term Disability, Wrongful Dismissal, Personal Injury, and Estate Litigation. You are also responsible for a busy solicitors practice including Wills, POAs and Representation Agreements. In addition, you thrive on providing a high volume of pro-bono legal services.

We are a paperless office with all of our files and software in the cloud. Familiarity with Clio, EsiLaw and Microsoft 365 is an asset, not a requirement.

Job duties include:

- Draft, prepare and file Notice of Civil Claims and all Court documents;
- Draft Wills and Trusts;
- Prepare Estate Probate Applications;
- Review documents and draft Lists of Documents;
- Prepare Mediation Briefs and discovery questions;
- Book discoveries, trials and mediations;
- Draft Will Say Statements;
- Schedule and prepare for discoveries, mediations and trials
- Correspond with clients, experts, adjustors and lawyers verbally and in writing
- Review, summarize ,and interpret discovery transcripts, medical records, income records, expert reports, police reports, income documentation, prior court filings and other documents
- Interview witnesses and clients;
- Overflow of phones - direct incoming calls
- Proficient in Clio, Soluno and Esi-Law

**Salary**: From $98,000.00 per year
