**Why We Need You**:
Our **Okotoks **clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest Patient Services Specialist.
As a Patient Services Specialist, you will play a critical role within FYidoctors by delivering world-class service to our patients. You'll often be the first point of contact with the public, so you must bring with you your passion for people and your drive to deliver an exceptional customer experience. With your help, we'll continue to have a positive impact on our current patients' health and well-being, as well as the patients we haven't yet met.
This team member will work a schedule of 30-40 hours per week, Mondays through Saturdays and must be available evenings.
**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic
- Checking patients both in and out of the office
- Billing the patient, their medical service provider and other third parties
- Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
- Office administrative tasks including processing mail, filing, and faxing
**What Do You Have?**
- Passionate about customer experience; a great communicator who can provide exceptional patient care
- Committed to excelling as a member of a high performing team
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Previous experience or knowledge of routine eye care an asset
